The long answer
Behaviour in the dish
Built as a balance top: enough rim weight to survive a hit, enough shape to land one, and a tip that compromises between grip and glide.
Count your losses on the edge. If this one keeps leaving the floor, aim lower into the wall and let the slope turn the top back inwards.
Start the round from the near wall rather than over the middle. The top arrives already travelling and the first contact happens where you can see it.

What spinners said about this set
Pretty cool battle top. This is pretty heavy duty and can withstand plenty of battle rounds. The scabbard serves as the wind up to get the top spinning faster for a good launch into the battle arena. It also lights up with sounds as you slide the scabbard up and down to speed up the spin. I got this for my grandson, who isn't quite old enough to appreciate the battle aspect of this model, but still very excited to put the spin top in the launch pad and ram
When I ordered this, I really had no idea what it was supposed to do. But I knew my 6 year old would like it because it lit up and was a sword. Man, this ended up being one of his favorite gifts from Christmas! Super cool design, a nice heavy weight to it, and a really cool box for storage. The top launcher reminded me of toys we had growing up that would spin and hit each other, so that was pretty fun to watch. Awesome power for the top and it spins on ou
This INFINITY NADO Metal Battle Top is a big hit with kids. The metal construction feels solid and durable, which immediately sets it apart from lighter plastic spinning tops. The Gale Wings design looks cool in person, and the blue color really pops when it’s spinning. The deluxe LED sword launcher is easy to use and adds a fun visual element during battles, especially in lower light. Kids were able to launch it on their own after a short learning curve,
