The long answer

Running it on the floor

Do not oil anything. The tip is meant to run dry; grease picks up dust and the top slows within a round.

Swap the tip before the ring. Nine out of ten tops that have gone sluggish want a fresh tip, and the rest want the stack tightened.

Everything in the package

Contents are simple: one Nado and sword launcher, nothing more to assemble.

Extras on this one: glow finish, telescopic blade.

Decorated as Blazing War Bear, so it reads as a character on the floor and not as a numbered standard top.

Who we would hand it to

Rated 5+, which is roughly where the pull stops being a struggle. Expect an adult to seat the first few launches; after that most children run it themselves.
