We are a small desk and we read everything, but we are not a call centre; give us a working day or two before you assume the message vanished.

What we cannot see from here

Your order is invisible to this desk. Tracking numbers, delivery dates, missing parcels, refunds and warranty claims all sit with the store that took the payment — raise those on the order page of the store you bought from, where somebody can actually look the shipment up.

Sending us an order number only costs you the day it takes us to redirect you.
